Éire 2016 — Maoiniú Cuimhneacháin Pobail
In 2016 leithdháileadh maoiniú ar 40 tionscadal ar fud Chathair agus Chontae Phort Láirge faoin gCiste Cuimhneacháin Pobail. Bronnadh maoiniú suas le €1,000 in aghaidh an ghrúpa ar ghníomhaíochtaí pobalbhunaithe chun feasacht ar stair Éirí Amach 1916 a ardú trí sheimineáir, léachtaí, turais siúlóide, foilseacháin, taispeántais, imeachtaí téatair agus cuimhneacháin bhuana.

Compántas amharclainne Brideview, Tulach an Iarainn	The 1916 Seven- Léiriú drámaíochta athléiriú drámatúil, ceol agus filíocht le fócas ar leith ar sheachtar sínitheoirí an Fhorógra agus an tionchar a bhí ag Éirí Amach na Cásca ar a saol pearsanta.
Cór na mBan Voiceover	Ceol Comórtha 1916 – cumadóireacht  amhrán, le ceol speisialta, bunaithe ar roinnt scríbhinní bunaidh ó 1916. Beidh Cór na mBan Voiceover ar fáil mar acmhainn don Chomhairle le haghaidh imeachtaí ábhartha - mar shampla, searmanais oscailte agus príomhimeachtaí.

Waterford Council of Trade Unions	Workers  in 1916 and the Irish Revolutionary Period – book launch  on the 1916 Revolutionary period and the involvement of the labour  movement. Talks  by leading authors and academics on labour  and the War of Independence and the role of women in 1916  and 1923.
1916 Re-enactment Group	1916 Re-enactment Project – uniformed re-enactment of the reading of the proclamation
Waterford Central Arts	Rising- A Commemorative Exhibition- curated exhibition of contemporary art by artists from Waterford  City and County entitled Rising involving  up to 20 works by 10-20 artists
Waterford Central Arts	A Song for 2016 with Paul Butler – TY students  invited to write an original piece of music or poetry one  of the headings.
Williamstown Community Childcare Centre	Cultural and Educational Evening-Community crèche celebrated diversity displaying their national culture  along with Irish Culture through dance, song and dress.
